And when nobody can afford to buy anything, they’ll just print more money for themselves and blame the average person for being poor and not being born into a rich family.

My favorite fairy tale is the one where the rich pay taxes.

They just change up the game where they deem fit. The well-off will fight over land and taxation, the middle-class will fight over car brands and local politicians, while the poor get to fight over food and shelter.

Yeah, but for each individual capitalist it’s always somebody else who is supposed to pay the wages that end up used to buy that capitalist’s products and services.

It’s basically a Tragedy Of The Commons situation.

First, this is why workers must fend off for themselves and fight for their rights (through unions or other means), second, conventional economy stipulates that (assuming ideal market, yada yada yada, same caveats as in physics), if the demand for goods is lower (workers have less money) but the supply remains the same, then prices will eventually fall

Sadly, that’s not anymore how it works. They found a way around that decades ago, I won’t go into details, because I have only 85% battery left, but believe you me.

Yeah once the Americans are priced out of the market you can sell to the real high rollers in (insert country here please).

Oh man, another one that learned political slogans instead of Economics so thinks all markets are competitive.

Here’s a hint: due to humans not at all behaving like Homo Economicus (as long proven by Behavioural Economists) and most markets out there having tons of internal and external barriers to entry or trade (such a natural barriers to entry, in some cases to the point of creating natural monopolies) only some markets are trully competitive, almost all of which (except Food) being far from important for human life (they’re generally stuff like Teddy Bears or Soap).

Your “common sense knowledge” is the purest kind of ignorant parroting of deceitful political slogans and a perfect example of the Dunning-Krugger Effect in action.
