Even 1310 Russian lives in one day don’t matter much to Russia! They just keep on with their insanity.
Perfectly in line with the stereotypical image Russians have here of being extremely irresponsible with their own well being.

It does. Russia is paying men to go to war. They are running out of poor idiots, so they have to increase the pay. The city of Moscow is currently at $22000 as a sign up bonus. That might not sound like much, but even for Moscow this is like two years of the average salary. To be fair they still find willing soldiers, but the bonuses go up all the time and that is quite litterally the price for a Russian life.

At the same time the unemployment rate is at 2.6%. That might sound great, but you would expect a bit of unemployment just from people switching jobs and being the absolute worst employees you can think of. That means if you want a job in Russia you can easily get one. This has reached the level that the Russian military industry has worker shortages. Russia is obviously at war and that is the last industry they would cut, hence all other sectors of the economy have shortages as well. That means massive inflation and shortages of civilan goods are coming.
