You misunderstand. I’m saying every car owner should read the manual for their car. Buy a new car, read the manual, it contains a lot of useful information whether you drive a crappy Tesla or not.

Controversial take, I don’t think mods need to be paid. You don’t have to be a mod, you’re actively choosing to be a moderator. If you aren’t getting paid for your work and dislike that, then don’t do it. There’s always going to be someone willing to do it for free, like a hobby.
I suppose you could just use insert link and all it’d require is an exclamation point edited in at the front, but a dedicated button would be nice for those that didn’t know that was the formatting. I didn’t know myself until this thread.
I’m glad I did though, now it’ll be easier to add images to my comments!
Adguard-DNS cloud is similar to NextDNS.
AdGuard Home is an self hosted open source adblocker that can run in a Pi, I run that. More features than PiHole and I’ve had for less issues with it.
https://nom.mom/comment/1802749 going from this comment, it looks like it should be a fairly simple addition, similar to the Insert Link button when writing a comment.
So it’s just an exclamation point, open and close square brackets, then a URL in regular brackets and Lemmy handles the rest? That sounds like it should be easy enough to implement, similar to the “Insert Link” button.
I think a Steam Deck is a better buy. It’s a little more pricy sure, but a lot more powerful and a LOT more games to pick from. And it docks great, I mostly play docked to my TV
I gave up on all radio years ago when streaming music on phones became big. If I want something more talkative then I’ll stream a podcast.
Third Secretlab, it’s still pricy but far more affordable than HM, has all the lumbar support, and whilst it looks gamer-y it lacks the awful shoulders that makes it bad for you so it’s actually comfortable.
I had to WFH at my parents for 1 day the other week, couldn’t believe how bad my back pain got from 1 day in a crappy office chair. Their support was good too, my magnet head rest kept falling down so they sent me a brand new one
It’s only been 3 months since his last update, he did the same with his Reddit version, it’ll get no updates for ages then all of a sudden he’ll be back with the 10 new features along with big fixes out of nowhere. Hopefully that’s what’s happening here.
My first choice would be a Framework, second choice System76.
A second hand NUC off eBay
A lot of brands have their own migration, like Samsung and OnePlus. Their apps will auto move over all contacts, files, apps, settings. What brand are you moving to, they might have one?
Ok, and I just told you in the UK how it’s done and that you don’t do that. You don’t swap, you keep it until you return it yourself outside.
You put a £1 coin in, you get a trolley, when you’re finished and put it back you get your £1 again. If you leave your trolley somewhere without putting it away you lose your £1 and whoever decides to grab it gets a free £1.
AIO Liquid Coolers suck, good performance but they’ll eventually get worse as water evaporate and they don’t all offer proper ways to refill, a custom loop is far superior, but then custom loops are such big effort and cost.
I’ll stick to my Hyper 212 Turbo.
Sounds shit, the admins must be right bitches
I’m actually playing the 360 HD Collection on my Series S, but thought I’d mention it here as MGS3 is on switch too.
Although from what reviews I’ve seen, it seems to run mostly fine but graphically lacking compared to the others
Sports but not specifically walking, I use FitNotes. I mostly use it to track my weightlifting progress but it does have the ability to track time so I do track my cardio on the same app.
It has Google Drive backups too which is nice
