No, when you play something like two pair or a full house you don’t get the base value of the one pair.
But if you have a joker that says +chips/+multi of played hand contains a pair than yes, it will give the value of the Joker when when playing a full house or two pair.
Even a flush will do that if you have pair in hand. Example all spade’s with two nines.
