That’s the standard these days. BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, ATLS are the ones I know of and all have ~8-12hr online course preceding a ~2-4hr in person course.

We had TPLO on our girl. Scheduled the consultation, then in between consultation and surgery the other ligament blew. So they did both legs at the same time. The cost was about $5-6k in total. First 1-2 weeks was rough because she couldn’t use half of her legs, and so would require being carried out and would balance on her front legs to pee. I’m hindsight, it was hilarious.
She’s just as rambunctious now as she was before tearing her ligaments, so it was absolutely the right choice.
I don’t get it. Enlighten me?
Is that the nowhere king?
Yeah, much better at the bottom. I suspect that this allows them to be loaded each time we load comment section (allowing you to be paid for your efforts), regardless of how long the comments section is?
I do. I extend it beyond medicines as well. Corporations have spent lots of money for their brands to be household names. They don’t control my language.
Specifically to medicine, I will note that the generic name actually carries information that the brand name does nothing for. Lisinopril and enalopril are the same medication class, act similar. Amlodipine, nimodipine, nicardipene are all the same class. Those generic names have important meaning.
Oh, you want facial tissues? Why didn’t you ask?
Sure, here’s some acetaminophen and ibuprofen.
Don’t you mean bleach wipes?
That someone was RIGHT!

Interestingly, he was silent for 3 weeks after being assigned to the bug, then came back to post his blog post and nothing else. I’ve seen this blog post a few times today, looks like his self promoting strategy is working.
The foreskin is the loose part of the skin covering the tip of the penis. It is the part that is cut during circumcision. However, the loose bit of skin actually attaches a bit behind the tip, not at the base of the penis. Think of a circumcised penis. That ring of skin just shy of the tip is where the foreskin used to attach.
Attempting to retract the foreskin to the base of the penis is painful, not entirely possible, and with enough force with tear.
This is a joke implying that someone tried to retract it to the base.
Was the benefactor of finance mistake in military. It’s not your money, it’s the government’s. They take it back. You have no defense and no rights.
Bonus is if they screw up and give you $25k extra like they did me, you can pay it back as 10% of your base income, interest free. Turned out to be a 0% interest 3 year car loan for me!
WHITE noise? Clutches pearls
Fever is not 100F. A fever is defined as 100.4F. Why 100.4 when 100 is a much easier to remember and handle number? Because fever is defined in humans as 38C, and that converts to 100.4F.
Agreed, a neonate can certainly survive longer than a fetus without support.
You also assume I’m religious.
I’ve not seen many neonates capable of surviving without external intervention. Yes, there is more involvement that an umbilical cord, but left to its own devices, a neonate will not survive.
I’ve been told that about sterilization as well by people. So while you present it at a theoretical argument, I’ve seen it as a lm real argument used in legitimate conversation.
That’s a heck of a slippery slope I just fell down.
If responses generated from AI can be held criminally liable for their training data’s crimes, we can all be held liable for all text responses from GPT, since it’s being trained on reddit data and likely has access to multiple instances of brigading, swatting, man hunts, etc.
