I used to lurk on the Pathologic subreddit, the overwhelming consensus there was people recommending they do exactly this and that Pathologic 2 already has enough content to be considered a complete game. I may peek in to see what they think now that it’s actually happened though.
EDIT: apparently IPL has announced on Twitter that anyone who backed the P2 Kickstarter is getting P3 for free. I was in high school when Charlie, Francis, and Jeanne rolled through. That was awful, the compounding storm damage really fucked over a lot of people, it was the third one that did in my family’s roof, and we had blue tarps over the damage for over a year and we were fortunate enough to be able to call roofers the next day. I was still finding the rare bit of insulation in my stuff years later when I was packing to move.

Should I be worried? I was distro hopping for a bit and put together a Ventoy drive to make that easier, and I used it to boot the install iso for the distro I ultimately decided on for my gaming laptop. It seemed highly recommended and I didn’t know about the Ventoy bros at that point.
Most public transit has very similar rules.
